The main marking regulations of Thailand’s accredited NBTC and SDoC are as follows.

1. Marking for technical standard conformity

For Class A and B, the following mark should be placed on the package in the manual, on the package, or in the package with the relevant text, and SDoC is recommended.

2. Marking for technical standard conformity (for class A and class B only)

Products that fall under Class A or B must have the following mark on the product, package or manual.

The mark can be purchased from NBTC, and the running number on the mark in the certificate number and company ID assigned from NBTC.

3. Marking regarding safety to human health

Note: this marking is exempted to products with output power not over 100mW EIRP

Phrases from 1 to 3 must be written in Thai.

4. Marking regarding Regulation for selling radio communication equipment as per radio communication act B.E.2498 (both NBTC and SDoC)

    1) Type 1: Radio communication equipment that require license

QR CODE for types such as RFID (or non-RFID 920-925MHz with output power>500mW or UHF 400-470MHz)

    2) Type 2: Radio communication equipment that is license exempted

         QR CODE used for all other frequencies (2G / 3G / 4G / +wifi + BT)

The above QR codes have the same contents according to the TYPE, and you can select and use one of the corresponding QR codes, and you must print the manual, product, or corresponding page and place it in the package.

Even if the certification was completed before March 2019, QR Code is required when the product is exported to Thailand after March.
