On July 26, 2019, ANATEL announced Act 4478(2019), canceling Act 939 (2018).

5. Technical regulations for paints and varnishes
Conformity Assessment Agencies must cease issuance of a Certificate of Conformity from August 1, 2019, and shipment orders not issued by SABER will cease from August 15, 2019, except for orders for which a Certificate of Conformity was issued prior to August 1. It’s possible.
