Products for children and adolescents entering the Eurasia Economic Union’s market are subject to EAEU Technical Regulation 007/2011.

EAEU TR 007/2011 applies to the following products:

    – Baby products (milk nipples, pacifiers, utensils, cutlery, hygiene and clothing accessories, toothbrushes and rubber massagers)

    – Garments, textiles, leather and fur, knitted fabrics and single finished textiles

    – Shoes and leather goods

    – Strollers and bicycles

    – Books and magazines

    – Stationery

EAEU TR 007/2011 does not apply to:

    – Products developed and manufactured for medical purposes

    – Baby food

    – Perfumes and cosmetics

    – Sporting goods and equipment

    – Assistant tools, tutorials and e-learning publications

    – Toys and print board games

    – Furnitre

    – Products made on individual orders

The technical regulations contain essential safety requirements related to products for children and adolescents.

This includes requirements for chemical, physical, biological, mechanical parameters and thermal indicators, which can be met directly by EAEU TR 007/2011 or by applying relevant standards.

The product format for the requirements of EAEU TR 007/2011 is as follows:

    – State registration

    – Certification

    – Declaration of conformity

We will now identify the products to which each type of verification form mentioned above applies.

State registration involves:

    – Milk nipples, nipples made of latex, rubber or silicone

    – Disposable hygiene products

    – Sanitary swabs

    – Utensils, cutlery (spoons, forks, bottles and other similar food items) for children up to 3 years

    – Toothbrushes, electric toothbrushes, gum massagers and other similar items for children under 3 years

    – 1st layer knitting linen products and textile materials for children under 3 years

    – 1st layer knit socks for children up to 3 years

    – 1st layer knit cap (summer) and textile material for children up to 3 years

Upon receipt of the main registration, the products mentioned above shall apply to the declaration of  conformity.

The following authentication is required.

    – Molded and unformed rubber hygiene and hygiene products for baby care

    – Plastics and metals

    – Linen bed

    – Knitwear linen and textile products with 1st layer for children over 3 years

    – 1st layer knitted and textile caps (summer) for children over 3 years

    – 2nd layer clothing and products of textile materials and leather

    – 2nd knitting

    – Textile and leather 2nd knit hats for children under 1 year

    – 3rd layer clothing and products knitted up to 1 year with textile materials and leather

    – Clothing, products and fuur hats for children up to 1 year

    – Shoes except Felted-coarse wool footwear

    – Stroller

    – Bicycle

You must obtain a declaration of conformity for the following products (excluding those that are nationally registered):

    – Leather goods

    – Stationery

    – Textile materials and leather 3rd layer knitted garments and products for children over 1 year

    – Clothing and fur hats for children over 1 year

    – 2nd layer knit headgear of textile materials and leather for kids and adolescents over 1 year

    – Custom textile products

    – Felted coarse-wool shoes

    – Books and magazines

If relevant documentation is obtained after the completion of the conformity assessment procedure, the EAC Conformity Mark must be affixed.

If the product is subject to the requirements of EAEU TR 007/2011 as well as other EAEU TRs, the EAC mark may only be applied if the requirements of all applicable EAEU technical regulatons are met.
