According to RusAccreditation, in September 2019, a new image of the national certification system was adopted in Russia.
However, previous versions of national certification system images will be available to accredited bodies until December 31, 2019.
RusAccreditation points out that the image in the mark can only be used if the certification authority has a valid certificate.
Use of the mark is prohibited when the certification expires or is revoked.
Authorized agencies have the right to use the mark image with their own logo and only in connection with:
– Size of logos and marks. They must be the same.
– The certification authority’s logo must be on the left and / or above the mark.
– If your certification authority uses different certification system markings, it should be placed on the left and above other certification system markings, and all markings must be the same size.
– The national certificaiton mark can only be used on a voluntary certificate of conformity if the certification body has a relevant certification and has contracted with the founder of the voluntary certification system.
– The mark size must be at least 50 mm.
– The size of the certification marks used and the marking background should not be difficult whild reading all the inscriptions and numbers on the marks.
– The image of the certification mark can be applied in color or black and white.
– Individual elements of the mark image cannot be applied.
– If the certification is suspended, the certification authority must stop using the mark image and remove it from the website.
– Violation of the rules on the use of-mark images carries with it responsibilities under the laws of the Russian Federation.
