POPs (persistent organic pollutants) have formed a general legal framework for the use of POPs intentionally produced in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 850/2004 in the EU.
Regulation (EC) No 850/2004 has been amended several times since publication and manufacturers and economic stakeholders should refer to the regulations set forth here.
